- If you have already installed WHVCD, copy all folders and files from the installed location into App -> HD-VC folder in your portable package.
- If you do not have WHVCD on your computer, download the installer. Extract the contents of installer with Universal Extractor.
- Copy/move all folders and files from {App} folder into App -> HD-VC folder in your portable package.
Use 'HDVideoConverterDeluxe.exe' in WinX HD VC Deluxe Portable folder to start WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe Portable.
